Data Protection

In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), I will hold personal information from you (if you become a client).  I keep your information only for as long as required for our work together and for one year after our final session.

I may store your data for the purpose of tracking appointments, contact information for you and your GP, session notes, recordings of sessions, treatment planning records, and communication with other parties (eg GP) if necessary. All information is either held on paper in a locked cabinet or in electronic form with password protection.

I may collect data though telephone calls with you, emails or text messages between us, and online or face-to-face sessions.

I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a holder of personal information.

Your data will not be shared with any businesses for marketing purposes.
