You are probably here because you feel something is not right – you may know exactly what this is or you may have a more general feeling of unease
Your feelings may be a mix of emotional, mental, and physical. All these are very common experiences and yet we often lack the tools or understanding to help ease the pain.
My role as a therapist is to help you identify your problems, what might be causing them, and how you might make your life better. I work with you in this process and bring training, experience as a therapist, and a desire to help people achieve their potential.
I work with individuals both face-to-face in Edinburgh and online. I work with couples only face-to-face.
I have worked with clients of all ages and a with a wide variety of issues, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Workplace problems
- Academic issues
- Extended grieving
- Boarding school trauma
- Relationships (Individuals / Couples)
- Divorce or separation
- Redundancy
- Retirement
